Refund policy

Please provide notice of cancellation or changes to your booking in writing (via email). Please note that more specific cancellation policies may apply to some room rates, especially those that offer deals and promotions.



Direct Bookings

For cancellations made more than 28 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 20% of the booking. For cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the booking. For cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of arrival, no refund will be given, however, the reservation may be rescheduled to another equivalent period subject to availability. Guests are advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.

COVID Cancellations:

Guests are required to be double vaccinated, and we reserve the right to request proof of vaccination status.
Contactless check-in is the preferential check-in method. Rooms not entered whilst guests are staying for mutual safety. If guests stay more than 3 nights, we can agree on a safe housekeeping plan.
If you are from an area that is subject to travel restrictions you will not be charged any cancellation fee.
Check-In is strictly from 2pm to 5 PM. Late check-ins please contact the Lodge the day before your stay to arrange alternative check-in procedure.
Check-Out Time: 10AM unless prior arrangement.
Rooms are strictly limited to the advertised maximum occupancy.
Babies must have a porta-cot (not supplied) – babies sleeping in beds with parents is not permitted.
Full meal preparation is not permitted in rooms – they are not self-contained.
One vehicle per room booked.
Bikes very welcome but not in rooms –Locked bike storage area is free of charge (CCTV protected).
No smoking in or near rooms or balconies.  
Lounge and games room for quest use. Please be considerate of other quests and noise limits after 10 PM. Including balconies and rooms. 
Excessive / avoidable room or bed soiling will incur charges from extra cleaning to replacement cost.
